All Teams are in the same boat here.

Also everybody takes Summer Holidays so again I fail to see how this could only affect DPC.

Don't know the exact details of how many people did this, but when the announcement came on this board that CASP6 would start, a lot of people told that they would temporarily swap their boxes to another project, because they thought that they couldn't keep their boxes up-to-date every change, so we lose a lost a lot of power by this kind of project-hopping.

Also one of our bigger crunchers (sf) has temporarily quit crunching because of the holidays, which he announces here: [rml]rwillemen in "[ Distributed Folding] hitparade van 14 j..."[/rml]. I shall translate it:

Hello folks,

I've been away for some time, but the reason for this is that the holidays haven't started for me, on the contrary: I've been more busy than ever

My cows [boxes] will go on holiday gradually... That means that they will be switched off more and more. Of course I will turn them on sometimes when I'm in a good mood, but if my boss doesn't need them, then it isn't nice to turn them on anyway, isn't it? (I am happy that he doesn't have problems with it that there are some boxes on which aren't used!)

Concluding: You will have to make it through the holidays without me/us.

But still I wish you a good holiday after all!

Honestly you must admit that DPC has the best (by far) DF crew
says the crewmember himself

You guys (and girls?) are increasing the lead. I didn't realy expect that. Great job, not only the competition is fun, also the Distributed folding project is benefiting from the battle. (except from the teamhoppers, they are sill anoying )
