Scheidingslijn voetnoten in Word

Ik heb hier een enorm boekwerk vol met voetnoten in Word. Word zet tussen de voetnoten en de hoofdtekst een horizontaal lijntje. Hoe krijg ik Word zover dat hij dat lijntje niet zet?

Ik heb in de help gekeken en gegoogled.

Modifying or Deleting the Footnote/Endnote Separator
Footnotes and endnotes are, by default, separated from the body of the text by a short horizontal line known as the Footnote or Endnote Separator. This can be customised but you must have at least one footnote or endnote in your document before you can carry out the following:

Het beeld naar 'normaal' zetten was de truc, ik werk altijd in 'afdrukweergave'.

Dat doe ik ook, dat werkt toch een stuk prettiger. Maar je kunt dan niet alle functies gebruiken, dus af en toe switchen doet wonderen.

Toch een mooie web-pagina, dat www.google.com, daar vind je nog eens wat.
