[no clue]Algemeen performance probleem

Ik heb nu al tijden performance problemen met m'n desktop pc. Met name met het spelen van spellen merk ik dat m'n pc onder de maat presteert. Spellen zoals farcry en UT2004 zijn amper speelbaar terwijl het bij vrienden met een duidelijk mindere pc zelfs beter loopt dan bij mij. Zelfs een relatief oud spel als Quake III komt af en toe onder de 50 fps!!
Ik ben niet de eerste de beste computer n00b maar op het moment dat het om hardware problemen gaat haak ik toch al snel af. Zeker als ik de logica er niet meer in kan vinden.

Ik heb al een tijd zitten kijken naar de resulaten van sisoft sandra (een tooltje dat ik op got veel tegen kwam). Nu heb ik al 2x m'n bios geflashed maar elke keer krijg ik toch weer deze domme melding over een te oud bios. Zelfs voor het flashen geeft het flashtooltje al aan dat m'n bios up-to-date is.

Waar ik helemaal nix van snap ik deze melding "Warning 2533 : Processor 1 : Disabled host controllers are present. Check BIOS settings.". Ik heb echt al velen malen m'n bios nagelopen maar nix wat lijkt te helpen. Ook de default en best performance instellingen (zoals het flash tooltje aangeeft) helpen niet.
