[98SE] Object Moved in IE

When i want to, for exaple, log in to a asp page, then i got this message in Internet Explorer 6.0:

Object Moved
This object may be found here.

Also when i logout of Hotmail, i got this mssg to.
When i go to www.google.com, the i get this mssg:

302 Moved
The document has moved here.

I've got Windows 98SE and installed al Updates availeble (with Windows Update).
Got nothing special installed. I'm on a Proxy server and my internet connection is protected bij Norten Personal Firewall 2003.

Does anybody know what is wrong here?
