Ik heb op een oude laptop Debian 3.0 r 2 geïnstalleerd, en alles lijkt te werken op de cli, maar X wil het niet doen.
Nu las ik in de documentatie dat mijn video chip problemen zou kunnen geven, omdat hij niet ondersteunt wordt. En verrassing, hij doet het dus niet...
Het betreft een Compaq Armada 7380DTM (een pentium MMx 266Mhz, met 64Mb geheugen, S3 Aurora64V+ 2Mb video, 12 Gieg Hdd, géén CD-Rom).
