[XP] rechter muisknop - zoeken: werkt niet

Ik heb een probleem met de zoekfunctie van windows XP. Als ik de zoekfunctie opstart via [windowsknop]-[f] of via start-zoeken werkt het gewoon. Als ik echter de zoekfunctie aanroep met de rechtermuisknop (in windows-verkenner, of via de startknop) dan komt windows met de mededeling "Fout tijdens het verzenden van de opdracht naar het programma."

Ik heb zelf nog vrij weinig geprobeerd om het probleem op te lossen omdat ik geen idee heb waar ik zou moeten zoeken of wat ik zou kunnen proberen. op google kan ik het probleem niet vinden maar het is ook wat lastig zoeken met alleen een nederlandstalige fout-melding.

Ik gebruik overigens windows XP Professional en heb SP1 geinstalleerd.

Problem solved.
Mochten nog meer mensen het probleem hebben: bij mij lag het aan een instelling in m'n firewall (zonealarm):

When you right-click a folder and click "Search..." or while using the "Show Desktop" button in the Quick Launch bar, you may receive the following error message:
"There was a problem sending the command to the program"
This is caused by a setting in Zone Alarm. In ZoneAlarm program settings, allowing Windows Explorer to access the internet (or the Trusted Zone alone) solves the problem. You don't need to allow Windows Explorer act as Server, though.
If that does not help, reset the Zone Alarm settings to factory defaults and re-configure it again.

Controlling Search Companion to prevent the flow of information to and from the Internet
You can disable the Search Companion Web service by changing preferences to Classic Search for the Internet. You can also disable Search Companion by changing the registry settings manually. Procedures for both of these approaches are provided in the following subsection.
Procedures for configuration of Search Companion
Search Companion can be configured in several ways as described previously. This section lists the procedures to change or disable the features in accordance with your company’s security policies.
To change to Classic Search for the Internet
1. Click Start, and then click Search.
2. Click Change preferences.
3. Click Change Internet search behavior.
4. Click With classic Internet search.
To disable Search Companion through the registry key
1. Start the Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
2. Locate the following key in the registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\CabinetState
3. Set the value of Use Search Asst to "No."
