Hoe zet ik in windows 2003 server poort 49001 open?

Ik heb het opgezocht in de windows help file, die zegt het volgende:

To configure TCP/IP to use TCP/IP filtering
Open Network Connections.
Right-click the network connection you want to configure, and then click Properties.
On the General tab (for a local area connection) or the Networking tab (for all other connections), click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and then click Properties.
Click Advanced.
Click Options, click TCP/IP filtering, and then click Properties.
Do one of the following:
To enable TCP/IP filtering for all adapters, select the Enable TCP/IP Filtering (All adapters) check box.
To disable TCP/IP filtering for all adapters, clear the Enable TCP/IP Filtering (All adapters) check box.
Based on your requirements for TCP/IP filtering, configure TCP ports, UDP ports, or IP protocols for the allowed traffic.
Notes

To perform this procedure, you must be a member of the Administrators group or the Network Configuration Operators group on the local computer.
To open Network Connections, click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Network Connections.

Maar bij advanced TCP/IP settings staan alleen de kopjes "general", "DNS" & "WINS", hoewel de help verwijst naar "properties".

Als het goed is ben ik ingelogd als admin, maar hij doet het inloggen wel automatisch.

Probleem opgelost, onder options bij internet explorer kun je je security niveau instellen, het stond op high, en ik heb het naar medium gezet, toen werkte de applicatie die zei dat ik de poort open moest zetten wel.
