Graka hangt tijdens game en 3dmark

Tijdens Farcry (instellingen very high) en 3Dmark01 (alleen advanced pixel shader test!) blijft de videokaart hangen. Het is een ATI Radeon 9600XT.

Bij 3DMark01 gaat hij terug naar windows met de meding: VPU Recover blablabla. Dit heb ik al eens uitgezet maar dan crasht ie helemaal en moet ik em resetten.

Heb je een beetje goede airflow in je kast ??? (dit is echt wel nodig met zo'n high-end kaart, toch zeker wel 1 extra intake en 1 exta outtake fan t.o.v. zelfde pc met een 8500 (om maar eens wat te noemen).

is deze videokaart niet gewoon kapot ? zodra hij advanced shaders moet gebruiken kapt ie...(far cry gebruikt ook advanced shaders ) dus het kan zijn dat de core gewoon beschadigt is, of er mss ergens anders op de vidkaart iets fout is

De kaart wordt 40 graden. Het probleem doet zich al voor direct tijdens het uitvoeren van advanced pixel shaders. Hij is dan nog niet echt warm lijkt me zo.

Nee, die is alleen in dat foutmeldingsvenster.

Kan zijn natuurlijk. Maar verder doet ie gewoon alles prima. UT2004 loopt op 1200*1600 met alles op very high en alle opties aan. Zonder problemen.

ik heb een gelijk matig probleem
FX5900XT word 38graden idle 45stressed maar in Soldier of fortune 2 blijft hij hangen geluid ook enz moet ik pc hard resetten en zelfde met UT2004 kaart is niet oced
