dedicated server moh spearhead probleem

Sinds gisteren heb ik geprobeerd een server op te zetten voor moh spearhead, maar tot mijn grote ongenoegen blijkt dit niet helemaal te werken, en ik snap ook neit echt wat ik fout doe.

ik heb een shortcut gemaakt van de moh_spearhead_server.exe en heb deze verplaatst naar mijn desktop. Daar heb ik bij properties zijn "doel" bestemming veranderd in :
D:\Games\medalofhonor\moh_spearhead_server.exe +set dedicated 1 +set ui_console 1 +set g_gametype2 +exec team.cfg

aangezien ik van plan was om een TDM server op te zetten, (ook heb ik de cfg veranderd) deze dus:
