[MSN] kan niet meer inloggen, foutcode 0x81000303

Ik zit bij iemand proberen de MSN te fixen maar ik heb 1 probleem het wil niet werken

De persoon zit achter een SMC Barricade router en volgen mij zit daar het probleem aangezien ik het de volgende fout krijg bij het aanmelden bij MSN:

Sorry, aanmelden is mislukt omdat de aanmeldingsnaam niet bestaat of het wachtwoord onjuist is.

Als je je wachtwoord ben vergeten, klik je op help in het hoofdvenster van Messenger en vervolgens op help-onderwerpen voor informatie over het opnieuw instellen van je wachtwoord. 0x81000303

Heb het ondetussen zowel met MSN als Trillian geprobeerd om te kijken of het niet aan MSN zelf kan liggen maar Trillian kan ook niet inloggen terwijl de gegeven 100% zeker juist zijn. Op een 1 van andere manier kan ik hier ook gelijk niet op hotmail kijken naar mijn mail.

Mischien levert dit wat op: [rml][ msn error] 0x81000370[/rml]/ Waarschijnlijk is gewoon zijn msn server plat (dat heb je wel eens ) wacht gewoon even. Verder geef je niet aan of die ooit wel op msn kon of niet, en sinds wanneer dit is. Zou wel handig zijn

3. De veiligheidsinstellingen voor Internet Explorer aanpassen.
- Klik in het menu "Extra" op "Internet-opties".
- Schuif op het tabblad "Geavanceerd" omlaag naar de sectie "Beveiliging".
- Schakel de twee selectievakjes "SSL gebruiken" in (op de vijfde en zesde regel van onderen).

4. Het is ook mogelijk dat je je proxy-instellingen moet aanpassen. Doe dit op deze wijze:
Ten eerste,
- Klik in het menu "Extra" van Internet Explorer op "Internet-opties".
- Klik op het tabblad 'Verbinding'.
- Klik op 'LAN instellingen'.
- Verwijder het vinkje uit het vakje voor 'Autmatisch instellingen detecteren'.
- Klik op 'OK' om je instellingen te bewaren en klik vervolgens weer op 'OK'.
Ten tweede,

Controleer of op het tabblad 'Verbinding' het selectievakje 'Een proxyserver gebruiken' wel is uitgeschakeld.
Omdat slechts weinig proxyservers dit vereisen, moet je deze optie alleen inschakelen als je daarom wordt gevraagd door je netwerkbeheerder.

5. Als je de melding krijgt dat je gebruikersnaam of je wachtwoord incorrect is, controleer dan nogmaals of je je gebruikersnaam correct hebt ingevoerd in het inlogscherm.
Indien je je wachtwoord hebt opgeslagen in het Messenger loginscherm, verwijder dan wat er bewaard is en typ het wachtwoord opnieuw in.
Wees je er ook van bewust dat sommige wachtwoorden hoofdlettergevoelig zijn.
Gebruik alleen cijfers en letters in je wachtwoord en gebruik geen karakters zoals "+,$,&.*.@".
Houd er rekening mee dat je wachtwoord:
- Geen spaties mag bevatten
- Minstens zes (6) tekens lang moet zijn
- Niet meer dan zestien (16) tekens lang mag zijn
- Hoofdlettergevoelig is


6. Als je .NET Passport niet wordt herkend, ga je naar een Microsoft .NET Passport-site (www.passport.com/nl, www.hotmail.com/nl of www.msn.nl) en controleer je of je .NET Passport daar wel wordt herkend.
Als je .NET Passport wel wordt herkend, kan het zijn dat de berichtenservers tijdelijk offline zijn.
Wacht even en probeer het vervolgens opnieuw.
Je kunt de serverstatus ook controleren op:
http://messenger.msn.nl/Status.aspx

7. Controleer of je je kunt aanmelden bij je Hotmail-account op http://www.hotmail.com of http://www.msn.nl.
Als je je niet kunt aanmelden bij Hotmail/MSN, kun je je met die aanmeldingsnaam ook niet aanmelden bij Messenger.
Verwijderde Hotmail-/MSN-accounts kunnen niet opnieuw worden geactiveerd.

Doe in dat geval het volgende:
7a. Vraag een nieuwe Hotmail-/MSN-account aan en meld je bij Messenger aan met je aanmeldingsnaam met @hotmail.com of @msn.com daarin. Activiteit op Messenger wordt nu door Hotmail/MSN beschouwd als activiteit op je account.
Je account kan nu niet meer verlopen, tenzij je je niet binnen tien dagen na registratie of gedurende een periode van 30 dagen daarna aanmeldt bij Messenger of Hotmail/MSN gebruikt.
Als je een nieuwe Hotmail-account wilt aanvragen, ga je naar:

7b. Maak een Microsoft .NET Passport-account met een willekeurig e-mailadres en meld je aan bij Messenger met je nieuwe aanmeldingsnaam en wachtwoord voor .NET Passport.
Als je een nieuw .NET Passport wilt registreren, ga je naar:
http://register.passport.net/nl
Laat ons alsjeblieft weten welke van de bovenstaande opties je probleem met het aanmelden opgelost heeft.
Dit helpt ons met het verbeteren van toekomstige versies van de MSN Messenger service.

Hij heeft een andere error: 0x81000303 om precies te zijn. Evengoed, het lijkt er eerder op dat iemand anders jou wachtwoord heeft veranderd/je het wachtwoord niet goed hebt ingetypt/capslock of iets dergelijks, gezien je ook niet op hotmail.com kan inloggen voor je mail.

Heb je niet een iets oudere versie van msn. Ik had gisteren nog msn 6.1.114, maar daar zat een beveiligingslek in. Ik kon niet meer inloggen, hij vroeg alleen steeds om een update.

Nu met 6.1.211 werkt het weer prima.

YOU MUST BE ON WINDOWS XP AS ADMINISTRATOR OR AN ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT! THIS WILL NOT WORK OTHERWISE! ALL VERSIONS OF THE FIX MUST BE FIXED WITH THE ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT ON THE COMPUTER

This fix has been test 10 times in a row and it worked 100% perfectly each time!

Step 1: Be sure to be in Windows XP as an Administrator or an Administrator Account. This will not work as a User without those rights.

Step 2: Click Start>Control Panel>User Accounts. Some of you may have changed the way you click on things, but the goal is to get into the User Accounts Panel which is in the Control Panel.

Step 3 Warning: This is a CRUCIAL step. Do not try to follow these steps if you are under any other USER ACCOUNT that does not have ADMINISTRATION rights.

Once you are at the User Accounts Screen, you can click on one of the two buttons - Either click "Change an Account" under the Pick Task option or just click the User Account listed under "or pick an account to change".

Step 4: Once you are at the User Account screen of the desired user, you will see several things on the screen. There are several options for this so please make sure you choose the correct option for your computer set up.

SINGLE COMPUTER - SINGLE USER ACCOUNT and/or MULTIPLE .NET PASSPORTS

SINGLE COMPUTER - MULTIPLE USER ACCOUNTS

SINGLE COMPUTER - SINGLE USER ACCOUNT and/or MULTIPLE .NET PASSPORTS If this is the only computer and there are no other USER ACCOUNTS, this section is for you.

(A)On the main screen, under "What do you want to change about your account?", if you see the option "Set up my account to use a .NET Passport", then click there. If you do not see this option, then proceed to ( in this section.

(1)If the "Set up my account to use a .Net Passport" option is there, click on that. You will start a .Net Passport Wizard. Please follow the instructions below carefully. This step is for associating your .Net Passport to your Windows XP user account.

(2)If you do not wish to bind the two together or this option isn't showing, please proceed further down in this section to ( for information.

Once the Wizard has started, hit Next. The next screen should be "Do you have an e-mail address?" in bold letters at the top of the Wizard. There are two choices you can make. Either Yes or No. Choosing no is to create a new hotmail account. Since you already have a .NET Passport, pick YES and click next.

On the next screen it should say "Have you already registered your e-mail address with .NET Passport?" If you have, click yes. If not, click no. All steps are assuming you already have registered your e-mail address with .NET Passport. Hit Next.

Type in your email address and password. Since you are the ONLY user of Windows XP, and the only user account, click "Associate my Passport with with my Windows user account". Hit Next.

You are done. It now associates Windows XP User Account with .NET Passport. This is all assuming you are the only user and have only one .NET Passport. At this point, MSN Messenger will work without the 303 error.

P.S. The following steps above will bind your .NET Passport to the USER ACCOUNT but still allow more then one person to use MSN. On the main screen of MSN, either click File>Sign In .... or click on the "To Sign In with a different account" and the person at the computer can sign in with their own name and password to MSN.

(B)If you do not wish to bind the two together or this option isn't showing, please follow the instructions below.

In the first box on the left hand side of the screen is says "Related Tasks" and under it should have "Manage my network passwords". Click that.

There should be one or more different names or email addresses in the box. If you do not wish to bind your .NET Account to your Windows XP User account, this is fine. Highlight each line in the box and click remove. Click Okay when it asks if you wish to remove that. After the entire box is empty, refer back to (A) but when you get to the step in the wizard that says "Associate my Passport with with my Windows user account" make sure it is unchecked. This option will make sure that when you click Sign In in MSN, you will always have to type in your email address and password. Remember, this is only if you do not wish to bind the .NET Passport to the User Account or you do not see the option listed early.

SINGLE COMPUTER - MULTIPLE USER ACCOUNTS

If you only have one computer and you have multiple User Accounts in Windows XP, then this is your step.

User Accounts in Windows XP lets you log into Windows XP as a different user with their own settings. Usually, User Accounts do not have access to the Administrator Options and are for computers that have many people using the same computer to get access to the net or play in windows.

Each User Account can have it's own Desktop, icons, themes, etc. Homes with Roommates, Spouses, Children, Friends, etc that come over or live with on a regular basis but want to use your computer can be set up with their own User Account. Depending on the settings of the User Account, this will keep people from being able to change your computer or modify the computer without having Administration Rights to the computer first. Same goes for Businesses or Companies with only one computer.

If you do not have multiple user accounts or the computer just logs directly into the main account, please do not use this step. Please refer above!

This step is for people that have one computer but more then one User Account when turning on the computer to go into Windows XP. Each user can have their .NET Passport bound to their User Account.
