[NEC 2500A] Booktype firmware (beta 5)

I just worked on Beta 5 of the booktype firmware. This version is based on HP 420i 1.25 firmware I implemented the +R writing strategies from the 1.06 NEC 2500A firmware, so the RICOHJPN R01 DVD+R's (and others?) work at 6x again

I also did an attempt to integrate the +RW strategies from NEC 1.06 again, so the 4x DVD+RW's work @ 4x again

Since this is my first attempt of modifying +R(W) strategies ever, I'm very curious about your findings!

Please be aware that burning the above discs is VERY experimental, burning @ 8x is not likely to produce readable discs! Therefore I suggest you try and see what results you get! Please post them
