[WINXP]harddisk verwijst naar zoeken

Heb winxp sp1a en als ik in mijn computer op bijv de d schijf klik dan krijg ik het zoeken scherm,.,. natuurlijk wel meteen zodat hij op d kan gaan zoeken ... maar wat er eigelijk hoord te komen komt niet ofwel de inhoud van station d...
ik weet ook niet zo goed hoe ik hier op kon zoeken in de db.. heb dus ook nix gevonden vandaar mijn topic... hoop dat iemand weet hoe dit kan... ps. het is gekomen nadat ik er een nieuwe schijf bij heb gezet.... wie ow wie weet dit tnx...

Een google search naar: drive opens search geeft gelijk als eerste link de oplossing:

This problem occurs when you open folder Options > FILE TYPES and selecting DRIVE then clicking on ADVANCED
After you perform this procedure, the None setting is removed from the value data for the Default string value in the following registry key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DRIVE\SHELL leaving you with a search page opening any time you click or double click on a DRIVE.

Click on START > RUN > and type REGEDIT

1. Navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DRIVE\SHELL
2. On the right hand panel double click on DEFAULT and give it the Value NONE
3. Exit the registry
