[Apache]PHP module->kan niet vinden..?

Ik heb een probleem met Apache. Vroeger draaide ik altijd Apache met PHP, maar dan was die als CGI geinstalleerd. Omdat het via module sneller schijnt te draaien wilde ik dat eens proberen. Maar het lukt niet.

Ik heb de volgende regel in m'n config.httpd staan:

AddModule mod_php5.c
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php

Ik weet zeker dat het pad goed is. Als ik het invul in 'deze computer'/Internet Explorer dan wordt het bestand geopend. Nu las ik in de bijgeleverde documentatie dat het kan zijn dat het bestand 'php5ts.dll' niet gevonden kan worden. Bestandnaam maakt verder niet zoveel uit, alle .DLL bestanden die PHP meelevert staan zowel in /system als in /system32.

Wat doe ik fout?

Windows 2000 Pro
PHP 5.0.0b4
Apache 2.0.48

Edit: misschien handig om te vertellen wat er fout gaat
ik krijg de melding dat de module niet geladen kan worden omdat ie niet gevonden wordt

Zo heb ik het in me apache config te staan:

ScriptAlias /php/ "c:/php/"
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .phtml
Action application/x-httpd-php "/php/php.exe"

Dit is php 4.3.? (weet ik nie precies), probeer dit anders us in te voegen. Succes!

Zo installeer je PHP dus als CGI

In de PHP manual staat het volgende over Apache2 en PHP5:

Het verschi: dit gebruikt een dll file speciaal voor Apache2 ipv Apache (1). Ik weet niet of dit de oorzaak is, but you could give it a try ofzo.

Ik krijg nog steeds een melding dat hij php2apache2.dll niet kan vinden

Bij mij staat ie zo in de conf
LoadModule php4_module h:/php/sapi/php4apache.dll
'k heb er geen quotes omheen gezet. En hij werkt prima.

Dit is in iedergeval voor menschen die de search gebruiken.
Hier de oplossing voor PHP 5.x en apache 2.x

PHP 5 rcx heeft nog geen sapi map

deze werkt dus bij mij.

Kijk onderaan de RTM van de PHP / Apache2 installation guide, en zie aldaar:

This is on Windows Server 2003, running Apache 2.0.4.8, with PHP 4.3.3.

Make sure your php4ts.dll is in the same directory as php4apache2.dll. It wasn't obvious to me as to what was going wrong - Apache2 dumped this message to the system log along the lines of "Could not find php4apache2.dll" which actually meant that it could not find the php4ts.dll that php4apache2.dll referenced to. Putting them both in the Apache2 modules directory with php.ini in your Apache2 root directory worked like a charm.

The distribution does not come with both these files in the same place, and the Apache2 error message is really un-helpful.

I hope this helps someone out there.

Iets verder naar boven (5e reactie, van sielim) staat een perfecte step-by-step installatie zonder absolute paden. Werkte bij mij in 5 minuten.

Bij mij werkte de oplossing van Datafeest ook binnen 2 minuten nadat ik het pad ff had aangepast, ik had hetzelfde probleem maar alles werkt nu gewoon, thnx Datafeest
