norton antivirus 2003

[Verwijderd]

hallo ik heb norton antivirus 2003 weer opnieuw geinstalleerd ,en geen 2004, omdat ik dezelde melding kreeg als iemand die het zelde overkwam nl,de melding 3019,1.

maar bij de installatie van de 2003 versie kreeg ik de volgende melding1004,1 ,dat betend er is een schending van de instellingen gevonden,de beveiligingsstellingen zijn gewijzigd.
maar de liveupdate gaat goed en de scan op virussen ook.
ik heb de pc al een paar keer opnieuw opgestart,maar krijg nog steeds de zelfde melding nl 1004,1.
weet iemand hier een oplossing voor,alvast mijn hartelijke dank.

Zou je de exacte foutmelding kunnen posten? En de rest van je verhaal in compleet Nederlands willen posten? Ik moet je verhaal eerst 10 keer lezen voordat ik het kan snappen. Gooi het anders eerst door een spellingscontrole heen en post het dan pas...

Situation:
After installing Norton AntiVirus 2003 (NAV), either as a stand-alone program or as a part of Norton Internet Security 2003 (NIS), you see the message "A settings violation has been detected. The security settings have been tampered with. Please contact your Administrator or consult the product documentation. Your settings must be restored to avoid unexpected behavior in the product. Click OK to continue." In the lower-left corner of the message window, you see the numbers 1004,1.

You may also see one of the following error messages:
"Cannot import C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\ccreg.dat into the registry."
"Settings alert! Some Symantec product settings have been changed by an unauthorized program. This can indicate that an attacker or a virus is attempting to disable your program. To avoid problems settings will be reverted to their previous configuration and the system will be restarted."

Before you begin:
This problem should be fixed by a Symantec Common Client program update. To install the update, start NAV or NIS, run LiveUpdate, download all available updates including the Symantec Common Client Update, and then restart the computer when prompted.
