unblock siemens sx1

I have a litle question. I locked my phone by entering the phone code three times wrong.I contacted siemens service desk and the gave me the code but is was wrong I think it was the code to unlock the provider lock. At least I have the mastercode now. But can someone please tell me how to use this code to unblock my phone. Waiting for reactions.
