Terminal Service over VPN

We have 3 locations. 1 main location with a Proliant server 1x Xeon, 2048 ram, smart array, 4 disks in raid5, 1 Gb lan on 3com with Gbic port (1 Gb backbone). On the main location are about 20 pc's (100 Mbps). The main location has a seperate adsl 768/128 for regular internet for the 20 pc's. The also have a 8096/512 for the sublocations (BBNED). I use a vigor 2600 on the main location for this line. Sublocation 1 has 5 pc's. The have to login to the main location. They have cable internet 768/128. I use a vigor 2300 there. I've setup a vpn lan tot lan between the vigors. Sublocation 1 can already login to the w2k sbs server on the main location and use exchange. Certain apps however will be to heavy to use over this connection. So terminal server comes in the picture. Sublocation 2 is about to be connected via another lan to lan vpn with also a vigor. There will be about 10 clients in the end who must connect to the main location.

The questions i have are:

What should be the minimum specs of the server of the main location? Is there some kind of formula? (rules of thumb)

What should be the minimum specs of the internet connection used at the main location to orderly process the traffic for login, exchange, terminal server.?

Are the specs of the internet connections at the sublocations important? Is there a minimun upload i should have?

Does anyone have experience with 1 server at a main location that is combined for the 20 local pc's and the lets say 15 terminal server clients? Will it give me problems?

Well, a lot of questions. I hope to get some usefull answers.
