ik krijg steeds deze melding

Norton antivirus kan de instant messenger-scanner niet
starten. Instant messenger-downloads kunnen niet op infecties
worden gescand.

dan zit er een link bij naar symantec en krijg je dit verhaal om het
op te lossen , alleen helpt het niet.

This error occurs when a previous version of the NAV file ccIMscan.DLL was not replaced with the newest version when upgrading to Norton AntiVirus 2004.

To fix the problem

Uninstall NAV. Read the document How to uninstall Norton AntiVirus 2004 or Norton AntiVirus 2004 Professional Edition for help uninstalling NAV.
Follow these steps to delete the Norton AntiVirus program folder:
Start Windows Explorer.
Navigate to and select the C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus folder.
Press Delete, and then click Yes to confirm.
Exit Windows Explorer.
Reinstall NAV.

Ja dit probleem heb ik dus precies ook zo!

Ik heb dit ook gehad met NAV2003 en daar was het een kwestie van helemaal bijwerken met LiveUpdate en dan moet ie goed zijn.

Ik weet niet zeker of ik toen mijn MSN ook had verwijderd en daarna (na de updates) opnieuw geinstalleerd heb, of dat ik het alleen middels updates heb opgelost.

Heb je NAV helemaal up-to-date gebracht al
