Alternating Beeps
My motherboard is a Gigabyte BX2000+, it has 64 Mb mem., AGP videocard. Nothing much, but I'm still installing it. It also has a HD connected. The CPU (Pentium III 800/100) has no fan yet.
It has an Award Bios.
If I boot the system it will go into POST. It will give a warning
"Check system Health !, VCore = 1.70 V"
Immediately after the normal beep of the speaker during the POST, the machine sounds an alternating tone-beep (about 11 times 2 tones) and then it stalls.
In the manual it says nothing abut this. I can find no documents on this problem. Who can give me the golden tip???
