Adresboek van Outlook wordt overrompeld door MSN contacts

In mijn adreboek van Outlook express worden telkens MSn contacts met hun Nick toegevoegd... Enig idee hoe ik dit kan verhelpen???

Question:Whenever I start Microsoft Outlook while running MSN Messenger, it crashes or slows down the program because it tries to integrate my (huge) contact list. How can I stop this process?

Answer:
1. Click the Start button and select Run
2. Type regedit.exe and click OK.
3. Look for the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express.
4. Click the Edit menu and select New, then DWORD.
5. Name the new DWORD "Hide Messenger" (don't include the quotes), then doubleclick it and enter "2" as the value (again, without quotes).
6. Then click OK, close down the
registry editor and Outlook Express should load normally with or without Messenger running!

To stop connecting to your messenger service

Outlook Express automatically attempts to start your messenger service program and log on to its services. You can stop it from doing this.

In Outlook Express, on the Tools menu, click Options.
Clear the Automatically log on to your messenger service check box.

top!! Dit had ik dus ook sinds een tijdje, OE die echt voor geen meter liep tijdens het opstarten, maar hij draait ineens als een zonnetje

Volgens mij proberen die mensen hierboven een punt te maken
Je hebt trouwens in je topic titel geen Outlook Express staan, maar Outlook --> zijn twee verschillende programma's.
Maar goed, je hebt inmiddels twee makkelijk te vinden oplossingen gekregen, dus ik hou het hier maar bij
