Nog even een ander vraagje, ik snap niks eigenlijk van de datatype in SQL.
Ik weet niet welke type ik onderstaande velden moet geven:

Nu heb ik een rapport waarin de Query ook Sum en Count bevat. Als ik deze op Access afvuurt gaat het goed, maar nu in SQL krijg ik de volgende melding:
[ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The sum or average aggregate operation cannot take a nchar data type as an argument.
De Sum zit nu op velden zoals uren (zie tabel), in wat voor Data typen moet ik dit veranderen, ik snap er echt niks meer van
