Klacht ivm spam richting Namezero

Een of andere debiel die een tijdje terug een bepaalde mailinglist aan het spammen was, heeft het op me gemunt. Ik heb toen bij alle sites die hij heeft gepromoot, geklaagd dat hij aan het spammen was; het gevolg was dat hij in bijna alle gevallen zijn account aldaar kwijt is geraakt. Nu neemt die wraak op mij, door constant te klagen bij Namezero.com dat ik aan het spammen ben, terwijl dat niet het geval is. Ik word het beu om iedere keer weer een (overigens kort) weerwoord richting Namezero.com te moeten verzenden, omdat ze anders mijn domein afsluiten.

Iemand enig idee wat ik hier aan kan doen?

De mail van Namezero.com :

We have received complaints that you have used knip.COM to send
unsolicited commercial advertisements in contradiction to either applicable
laws or customary acceptable usage policies of the Internet. Due to the
breach of contract, this domain will be immediately shut down if there is no
response to this notice.

Follows is an excerpt from our Domain Registration Agreement:

Breach and Revocation
We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, transfer or modify your
domain name registration in the event (a) you materially breach this
Agreement (including the Dispute Policy) and do not cure such breach within
five (5) days of notice by this company (b) you use the domain name registered
to you to send unsolicited commercial advertisements in contradiction to
either applicable laws or customary acceptable usage policies of the
Internet, (c) you use your domain name in connection with unlawful activity,
or (d) grounds arise for such suspension, cancellation, transfer or other
modification as provided for in this Agreement.
