Outlook Express 6, taak lijst blijft leeg.

ik heb de search al gebruikt maar kon geen oplossing vinden (pop3uidl of folders.dbx renamen)

als volgt

w2k sp4 Outlook Express 6 met 2 'identiteiten'

de Task List bij 'Send and Recieve' blijft leeg.
In de Error list staat:

a unkwon error has occured
protocol: pop3, port:0, secure SSL: no error
number: 0x80004005

voor beide accounts

alle accounts die mee moeten in de synchronisatie staan ook aangevinkt. De taks list blijft dus maar leeg. ook een herinstall van sp4 helpt niet. Wie kan mij helpen met dit probleem

This is done from right clicking My Computer, choosing Properties, Environment, and adding the system variables of TMP C:\TEMP and TEMP C:\TEMP.

The pop3uidl.dat file is corrupt. This file contains all the information regarding which messages on the server should be downloaded, etc. Try deleting this file (with OE closed), then open OE and check your mail account settings again.
