[Poll] support Nero goed?

Ik heb over de afgelopen jaar al een aantal keer een mail gestuurd naar Nero, soms waren dat features request maar meestal bug reports.

Nou kan ik niet zeggen dat ik ooit een zinnig antwoord gekregen heb van die support. Ik ben benieuwd naar ervaringen van andere mensen. Wil eigenlijk een soort klacht opsturen.

Ik zal hieronder een voorbeeld mail geven. Mij lijkt het duidelijk waar de bug zit, maar nu heb ik al een aantal keer gereageerd en ze snappen het nog niet.
Nou weet ik dat mijn Engels niet super is, maar toch niet ZO slecht?!?!?
