[MS ISA server] internet policies?

Wij zijn van plan om hier een MS ISA server te plaatsen. Nu is mijn vraag of het ook mogelijk is om daarmee bepaalde users toegang tot internet te verbieden en/of kan ik ook bepaalde content of websites block'en?
