Cisco 801 BRI interfaces down

Heej, ik heb een 801 geconfigged voor router router verkeer en voor een internet verbinding. nu is de BRI interface down.

Waarschijnlijk is dit ook de reden waarom het internetten niet lukt.

Nu ben ik tot nu toe lekker autodidactisch bezig geweest alleen kom ik hier niet uit.

Jaja het zijn lappen text. Maar ik wil het wel graag weten (ook of het een beetje nette config is)

Klinkt heel logisch.....

Dit brengt de interface idd op maar werken ho maar.

wat krijg je bij een show ip interface brief ?

Je hebt op zowel je BRI als op je dialer een IP adres gezet (waar heb je die vandaan??). Bovendien kan je op je interne netwerk beter RFC1918 adressen gebruiken, bijvoorbeeld 192.168.0.0/16

Het is maar een voorbeeld, die ik uit een andere config heb geplukt.

Als je je RFC1918 range intern hebt, kan je deze ook lozen "ip route 194.0.2.0 255.255.255.0 195.0.2.1" ...dan is hij directly connected..(eth0)..tenzij je op 195.0.2.1 een doos hebt die routeerd.

Zoals Sniper ook al melde...bij PPP Auth...niet chap en pap tegelijk zetten..wil vaak de boel verstieren...

Voor het snelste troubleshooting...werk het osi model af.

p.s. is vnl amerikaans dus houd't het op basci net 3 en vergeet het SPID verhaal...is allen van belang bij ISDN centrales/PABX'en

Volgens mij kan je niet een Dialer Map EN een Dialer1 gebruiken.

Ik ben zelf altijd fan geweest van Dialer's dus ik zou een Dialer1 en Dialer2 maken.
Daarna gewoon goed routeren..

Ohja, welke versie van je IOS heb je ??

Standaard werd de 801 serie uitgeleverd met ik meen IOS versie: 12.1
En daar zat een ppp bug in..
