Het volgende is het geval.

Ik wil xmule installeren op mijn RH9 machine.

Netjes het file gedownload. Uitgepakt, ./configure gedaan, maar dan krijg ik de volgende foutmelding

configure: error:
Please check that wx-config is in path, the directory
where wxWindows libraries are installed (returned by
'wx-config --libs' command) is in LD_LIBRARY_PATH or
equivalent variable and wxWindows is version 2.4.0 or above.
Or this might also be a bug in our configure. Please try again
with --with-wx-config=/usr/bin/wx-config
(replace /usr/bin/wx-config with a valid path to your wx-config)

Locate gtk-config

GTK 2 heb ik voor de zekerheid gedownload en geinstalleerd.

Nu moeten jullie weten dat ik een n00b ben, en ik kom er echt niet meer uit.

Ik zie dat ik mijn gtk-config script moet aanpassen.

Maar wat precies moet ik aanpassen, hoe kan ik vinden waar het gene staat wat ik aan moet passen...... oftewel, help is zeer welkom

btw, deze: xmule-1.4.0-fr1.i386.rpm al geprobeerd?

kheb net een update gedaan, maar dan kom ik niet verder als 1.2.10.25 ofzoiets
