Ik heb vandaag mijn RedHat 7.3 bak geupgrade naar RedHat 9.0.

Alles draait inmiddels weer, alleen de stats willen niet draaien, het volgende gaat fout:

[root@zeus rc5]# perl ppstats-rc5-7.2.pl

Bij OGR een soortgelijke melding:

Raar, ik draai ook RedHat 9 en heb nergens last van.

Er is niks aan het volume veranderd, perl en gnuplot zijn keurig geinstalleerd.
De hostnaam van de bak is wel veranderd.

Misschien dat hij gaat zeiken om die spatie in je hostname?

Proxy --> bedankt voor je link dat is idd de oplossing

Ben er nl samen met Dsmarty mee bezig geweest...

Stats zullen binnen een 30 gefixed moeten zijn, dan is misschien nog ff wachten op de volgend statsrun tot je resultaat hebt, maar het werkt weer :P

het probleem is nu geheel duidelijk. redhat 9 heeft de unicode support te ver doorgevoerd. als je er vanaf wil zijn kan je systemwijd de unicode uizetten door de file : /etc/sysconfig/i18n aan te passen.
er moet staan (in het geval van een engelse taal):

de toevoeging .UTF8 was de boosdoener.
