Boot-probleem met Highpoint raid

RAID controller: Advance 29101 met Highpoint HPT370 chipset
Disks: 2 x 40 GB ieder op aparte IDE poort
Mobo: KM2M Combo-L Socket A VIA KT266
OS: Redhat linux 7.3

Probleem:

Als ik de bak reboot blijft hij hangen op de bios scherm van raid waarin de vraag staat of ik de schijven opnieuw wil rebuilden of dat ik op esc wil drukken om door te gaan? Is nogal vervelend als ik van afstand de bak wil rebooten.

Answer:
Make sure the driver, BIOS, and RAID software revisions (if installed) match. Mismatched revisions have been known to cause this problem, which may be a false alarm.
