I have tried a Gforce2 which did not give any problems. In addition, I installed Windows2000 Professional which was working fine with the Radeon Card.
When using the Radeon with Windows XP, I have to set the AGP speed to 1/2X. If I do so the system will not boot 4 out of 10 times. When I change the AGP speed to 4X, only the Windows XP logo is shown in a dimmed version.
I have tried several drivers for the Radeon. The Omega drivers are working the best.
In addition, my DVD writer (Pioneer A04) refuses to write with this board. I have placed te drive in an other machine where it's working fine.
Beside the problems I am very pleased with the speed an stability of the 7KDD.
I hope someone can think of a solution to solve my problems.
