Validating NDS environment
Validation of the server bindery context has failed
Unable to initialize the Backup Exec server account

We suggest you to run NetWare Administrator, or Console One and clear and
reset user rights to the highest level in the tree. This will force the
replica to recalculate the individuals rights and reset schema for
extension. Alternatively you can create a new user and verify with NWADMIN
or NETADMIN that the user object that is being used to perform the backup
has all rights to the container or object reported in the error message.
For example, start at the [ROOT] and check the trustee assignments of that
object. Make sure ALL object and ALL property rights are assigned. Check
all container objects to be sure there are no filters restricting the flow
of rights. Note that Backup Exec Service account should be a trustee to the
root. Please type the full context name also. e.g. .admin.context.

This can also occur if the server does not have a bindery context set. A
bindery context is needed during an upgrade installation of Backup Exec or
during a new installation of the product. The following steps can be taken
below to correct the problem:
1. At the server console prompt, type Set Bindery Context =. After
the "=", insert the context which points to the container where the Backup
Exec server is located. For example, if the context where the server is
located is in a Organizational Unit, called "Servers", below an
Organization called "Accounts", then the bindery context statement to be
typed at the Backup Server Console prompt, would read: Set bindery
context = servers.accounts
2. In the AUTOEXEC.NCF file, the statement "SET BINDERY CONTEXT =
OU=Servers.O=Accounts" will ensure that the proper bindery context is set
if the server ever needs to be re-booted.

This procedure will definitely resolve the issue.
