Hoi,ik heb wat help nodig,ik heb die proggie geinstaleerd en ik verwerk en verstuur data maar na 3 dagen toch geen stats dus geen password dus kan niet DPC joinen.wat in gods naam do ik faut...sorry for the bad dutch but i am English

Are you currently flushing directly to distributed.net, or are you saving on one of the MF6 proxy's ?

i think i am flushing directly to distribution net,i have not edited anything in the config,my friend did same and he as stats..

There are a few things to do.

At first, You have to have an account at distributed.net. Your account is your e-mail adress, a password should be returned to your e-mail account.
You also have to configure your d-net client, with at least your e-mail account (right mice-button on theclient, option 1 (general client options, option 1 again, your e-mail account).

After you received your password by -mail, you can join the Dutch power Cows team at the Dutch Power Cows team page....

This all should do the job ...

Although I do not know the exact intentions of the post from XeNoPhiLE but if you do not have an agreament with him to run the software under his account I have to ask you to ignore him. IF you want to join the distributed contests under you're own account you should use you're own email address. One thing though, if you truly want to join the DPC you should crack RC5 blocks (and no OGR Oezie ). The settings for the Load-work precedence (formarly know as project priority) should indeed be 9) Load-work precedence ==> RC5,DES=0,CSC=0,OGR=0 as XeNoPhiLE pointed out.

I heb hetselfde als mijn m8 gedaan met die client alleen de email bij gevoegd hij heeft wel cable en ik isdn maar verder geen verschil en hij heeft wel stats,ik heb geen password van distributie net..

Hmmm ik denk dat ik weet wat er mis is..Ik heb eerst die proggie onder win2k geinstaleerd dan met win98 in hetselfde dir
ik werk meestal in 98 maar die verwerkt andere data dan die in win2k..ff wat data uppen onder win2k en kijk wat gebeurd

Please show me a listing of your dnetc.ini file.
Normaly when you have set your e-mail adress, start cracking and send some packets to d-net (I suppose your e-mail adress is [e-mail]) the stats should show up there. At that moment (the day after you first send some packets) you can ask for your password, wich is mailed to you, and then you cal join the team.
I cannot find any sign of you at d-net, so or you are using a differend e-mail adress, or something is going wrong with the delivery ....

I'm using a dual boot ystem ith W2K an Win98, the client is run from the same directory, it's only generating an error saying using a different Core/OS, but it can be run .....

Het werkt nu,alleen onder win2k die win98 woordt niet ontvangen door distibutite net of zo weet ik veel,maar ja nu ben ik een DPC
