[winXP] standaard skin wijzigen

Ik heb de skin van winXP pro hier "teruggezet" naar classic, maar als ik opstart (ik gebruik het oude, winNT/win2k aanlogschermpje, niet XP welcome screen), dan heeft dat schermpje de standaard "xp luna" skin. Dit wil ik het liefste ook gewoon hetzelfde hebben als de rest, dus gewoon classic, grijs.

Kan dat en zo ja, hoe?

ik wel, ik log me altijd uit, om vervolgens te 10 minuten te kijken naar me scherm, net zolang tot ik zeker weet dat de power save functie hem uit heeft gezet...

altijd zekere voor het onzekere nemen

start -> Uivoeren -> Services.msc en dan Thema`s uitschakelen

En om hem helemaal in standaard windows kleur te krijgen moest je aardig veel in het register wijzigen, weet alleen niet meer wat

If you are already using classic style log on, this rather lengthy tweak will completely change the log on to the Windows 2000/NT style we're all used to.

Step 1: Go to
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ThemeManager
-Locate the DWORD value "ThemeActive".
-Right click on it and select Modify.
-set the value equal to "0" to disable the Luna theme in the log on screen.

Step 2: Back up the following registry keys so you can revert to the default XP style later. Click each key in the left pane of the registry editor and select File-Export. Choose a name to save each key as a 'reg' file.
