[php 4.3.1] gd compileerd niet

[mrfatmen]

ik draai slackware 8.1.
en heb php 4.3.1 nu draaien en alleen doet me gd het niet.
deze is tegenwoordig meegeleverd alleen als ik "./configure --with-gd"
doe dan gaat alles goed alleen als ik dan make doe krijg ik vage meldingen.

en zo gaat hij nog even door, iemand anders dit probleem ook, en hebben die al een oplossing gevonden?

Hij probeert met freetype 1 te compilen, terwijl je waarschijnlijk 2 hebt..
--with-freetype-dir=/pad/naar/freetype-2/source
