Internet Connection Sharing (ICS), Network Address Translation (NAT) clients or Firewalls -
Although AoM does not officially support connection through ICS or NAT, Ensemble Studios Online tries to auto-detect your network setup and configure itself for play on your network. This should work for the majority of NAT devices, but if you are having problems connecting to ESO or other players, you can try opening UDP port 2300, HTTP port (TCP: 80), TCP ports 28800-28805 and ensure that you have loaded inbound/outbound TCP/IP and UDP protocols in your network settings. If you have multiple machines, you may also map those machines by incrementing that port number by one and using hostPort=2301 (for instance) on the AoM command line. NOTE: As mentioned, if you use Direct IP rather than ESO, AoM is unable to auto-configure your network settings and only direct network connections or DMZ connections will work. If you are uncertain about making these changes, check with your network administrator.
En ook maar één simpele google opdracht:
What ports does AOM use?

Before opening ports, you should attempt to use AOM/ESO with just your default router configuration since this is what works for most people (and also make sure you have upgraded your router to the latest drivers/firmware.) AOM uses UDP port 2300 by default for in game traffic (which might also equate to UDP port 64520 depending on how your router is set up - safest bet is to just open both - In other words, on your router set trigger, inbound and outbound to UDP port 2300 and then do the same for UDP port 64520) You can override this though and make AOM use whatever port you want by adding this to the command line/shortcut for the game:

hostPort=XXXX

Where XXXX is the port you want the game to use for all its in-game traffic. You can also try putting your machine on the DMZ, but this should only be a last resort as AOM was designed to work without the need for a DMZ setting.
Makkelijk om andere mensen te laten zoeken :/
