Flushen op een bepaald tijdstip?

Is het mogelijk om de clients zo in te stellen dat het mogelijk is dat ze op een bepaald tijdstip flushen? Ik vind het namelijk super hinderlijk om de hele dag die proxy open te hebben op mijn werkstation (windows) Of kun je dat ding ook minimizen?

proxy verbergen onder NT doe je zo:

On Windows NT only, you can install the proxy as a service by first
running it with the "-install" option to register it as a service. You can
then start and stop the proxy from the standard Windows NT services
Control Panel. You can use the "-uninstall" option to remove it from the
services registry.
