Sorry voor het (slechte)engels
I've been going through the posts trying to find a solution for my problem.
I have build the following system :
Asus A7V bios 1.004d
AMD Thunderbird 1GHz Spire orb cooler temp. 52c
256MB (2x128) PC-133 CAS3 no name RAM
Evil Kyro 64MB 4xAGP (can't find any new drivers for this one)
Adaptec 2940UW
Creative soundblaster 128 PCI
Realtek 10/100 PCI nic
250watt PSU (Aopen HX45 case)
I first had a 300watt safeway PSU installed but in the bios I saw that the
vcore voltage was going below 1.60 (it should be 1.75) so I decided to
replace the PSU. after that the vcore was @ 1.75 at last.
Ok so I installed windows 98 se / via 4.24 / Directx 7A
When trying to play 3d games like Quake 3 and Unreal tournament (even when
running 3Dmark 2000) the screen at first starts to stutter and then hangs
(sounds still plays for a while). Then it locks up.
I already tried different ram's and setting in the bios even downgraded to 1003.
Can anyone help me with this ?.
