Ze zijn beide geinstalleerd...

Toch geldt ook hier: eerst zoeken, dan vragen - en dat geldt ook op de Gentoo forums waar dit probleem toch al verscheidene malen heeft gestaan:

for those of you having problems with libintl.h,
ERROR: sys-apps/baselayout-1.8.5.3 failed.
