I know that a cold plate is a must for Peltier.
Will it do any good placing a copper plate on the hotside of the Peltier?

No it's much better to attach your cooling device directly to your peltier's hot side.

The cold plate is used to spread the heat generated by the relatively small processor core. But since most cooling devices are larger or as large as the peltiers surface it's of no use on the hot side.

I don't think an additional copper plate on the hot side will improve performance.

Have you looked at some background information on why a coldplate is used? You'll see that those effects aren't of any use on the hot side... Please do some research of your own befor you ask

And please, make an attempt to write in Dutch next time (ask a friend?). That makes your question readable for all.
