Attachment wil niet openen in Outlook Express 6?

Een flatgenoot van mij krijgt deze foutmelding als hij met Outlook Express 6 (die uit Win XP Pro) een attachment probeert te openen en krijgt deze foutmelding. Ik heb Norton Antivirus er al afgegooid, maar dat blijkt het dus niet te zijn, wat dan wel
