[United Linux] Configuratie geluid

Ik heb net United Linux 1.0 Beta geinstalleerd.
Het is vast een simpele vraag:
Waar vind ik de configuratie van bijvoorbeeld het geluid of de monitor???
Ik kan alleen het Control Center vinden, maar daar staat geen hardware in.
In Suse was ik yast2 gewend.

Waar vind ik dat hier??

Oww sorry, heb de config tool al gevonden, is hier ook gewoon yast2. Moet alleen wel onder root anders vindt ie hem niet...

Maar mijn geluidskaart kan ik nergens configureren.... lijkt wel of hij hem niet herkent.
Hoe kan ik ervoor zorgen dattie hem vindt? Ik heb zo'n Medion pc van de Aldi, geen idee watvoor geluidskaart het is..

Dan moet hij dus wel eerst weten wat voor geluidskaart het is.

Doe eens cat /proc/pci, daar staat je geluidskaart dan ws. wel bij.

Gevonden, ik heb de on-board C-Media PCI CM8738 (model 55)

Na wat zoeken kwam ik deze file tegen:

/usr/share/alsa/cardsCMI8738-MC6.conf

Wat moet ik daar mee??

Dat betekent waarschijnlijk dat je hem met de alsa sounddrivers aan de praat kunt krijgen. Ik zou alleen niet weten hoe, nooit iets met alsa gedaan.
