[FreeBSD 4.7] XFree86 4.2.1 signal 11 na initializing int10

Ik krijg met geen mogelijkheid XFree86 4.2.1 aan de gang. Telkens crashed het na
het initialiseren van int10 (libint10.a).

Het lijkt mij een probleem met de videokaart (ATI-264VT2 PCI Mach64). Echter die
zou ondersteund moeten worden volgens

Om toch problemen met de ati driver uit te sluiten heb ik het ook geprobeerd met
de vga driver. Het lijkt mij dat dat altijd goed zou moeten gaan. Helaas, exact
hetzelfde resultaat.

Het verwijderen van alle andere kaarten (geluidskaart, netwerkkaart, modem) heeft
geen invloed.

Diverse 'overbodige' dingen in de XF86Config uitgezet zoals diverse fontpath regels
uitgeschakeld, modules tot een minimum beperken heeft allemaal geen zin.

Een zoektocht door de diverse mailinglists (Xpert en Newbie) van Xfree86.org
leverde ook niets bruikbaars op. De search van GoT leverde eigenlijk alleen
Nvidia-topics.
Mijn ideeen zijn nu een beetje op.... Misschien hier iemand?

Excuus voor de lange post, maar die log en config-file lijken me vrij essentieel bij het
oplossen van dit probleem

Probeer die maar eens.. hij is al uit.

SuperKoej: Ik vermoed dat dat niet helpt . Volgens mij zijn er geen relevante wijzigingen sinds de RELEASE.

DRI heb je al een keer eruit gehaald neem ik aan. Hmm... Andere dingen die je kan proberen:
- de AGP kernel module laden bij het opstarten (agp_load="YES" in /boot/loader.conf)
- Je BIOS setup eens doorzoeken op exotische opties (Palette snooping, PNP OS aan/uit, Fast Writes op AGP aan/uit, etc.)
- Als je een Pentium III/4 hebt: SSE enablen in de kernel (zie LINT)

Ik heb hier trouwens 4.7-RELEASE, leek mij stabiel genoeg.
