Hotmail account in Outlook Express

Hoi,

Hallo ik heb een probleem met een gedeelde internetverbing en Outlook Express, ik heb niet de server pc.

Ik gebruik de Outlook Express die bij WinME zit. Nu heb ik me aangemeld bij een Hotmail Account en hij geeft nu de volgende foutmelding:

Weet iemand wat ik hieraan kan doen?

IK heb effe gezocht ( _kon jij ook doen_!) en ik vond dit ...

I have an issue with users trying to use the HTTP mail retrieval protocol
with MSN Hotmail. This is not, I believe, the issue discussed some days ago
in the list with Hotmail and SMTP for which a fix is, I understand,
available.

The MS Outlook Express client fails with the following error when trying to
retrieve mail from MSN Hotmail using HTTP through a network protected with
Gauntlet 5.5 for NT; the relevant logfile lines are at the end. Thoughts/

I have rebooted the Gauntlet firewall server. This issue is definitely
Gauntlet related; I suspect it is blocking HTTP requests it does not
understand. Here is an extract from the log; 193.112.1.239 is my internal
IP address ; log starts from reboot ; irrelevant lines deleted ; problem
lines at end marked with *.

En alsjeblieft zoek eerst, of zeg dat je heb gezocht en dat je er niet uitkwam. Anders wordt dit zo frusty!

Sorry dat ik niet eerst had gezocht, maar ik moest het effe snel weten had wat problemen hiero. Volgende keer zal ik eerst zoeken. Ik heb wel bij Hotmail zelf gekeken maar dat stond er niet bij dus...

sinds ik kabel heb ik hetzelfde probleem.
Enig idee om dit op te lossen??
Bovenstaande URL's hebben helaas niet geholpen.
