[SuSE8.0] OpenGL Probleempje

Ik ben nieuw in linux en heb nu zo`n beetje alles draaien wat ik momenteel nodig heb. Ik ben ook begonnen met het proberen van quake 3 te installeren...nou dat ging allemaal prima...maar als ik em nu opstart, krijg ik dit te zien:

Ik heb netjes de nieuwste drivers van NVIDIA geinstalleerd, maar heb het toch wel door dat ik nog wat mis. Als ik ga kijken naar OpenGL in "Pakket Selectie" van YaST2, dan vindt hij niets over OpenGL.

Ik heb al gekeken op SourceForge.net maar wordt daar ook niet wijzer van.

Zou iemand me een stukje op weg kunnen helpen zodat ik wel Q3A kan spelen, of ook nog andere games. Alvast bedankt.

Wat ik zo 1-2-3 zie moet je er voor zorgen dat in je /etc/X11/XF86Config een modeline voor 640x480 (= mode 3 in Q3A) staat, OF dat je Q3A laat draaien in de resolutie waarin je X opstart (bijv. 1024x768 --> in Q3A is dat geloof ik mode 5).

In SuSE is het command "switch2nvidia_glx" handig!!
