Vers van de pers voor voice communicatie onder linux (tis crossplatform dus je kan met je windows maatjes babbelen, misschien iets icm UT 2003?):
Today we release the release candidate 1 of the linux client. It weighs a hefty 15 MB, because we had to add a complete binary qt2 library in order to ensure that this client will run on every linux target we support. It has all functions that the windows client has, EXCEPT for all the key interception routines. That means there are no push-to-talk or key-bind capabilities. This will be added later, if possible.
What you need:
-A pentium class pc
-full-duplex sound card
-glibc 2.2.3 or greater
-linux 2.2 or 2.4 kernel
If you want to use TeamSpeak during games you also want your sound card
and driver to be multi channel capable. An example is Soundblaster Live!
with kernel drivers.
Enjoy TeamSpeak under linux!
