Ik krijg van diverse gebruikers uit onze organisatie klachten over hun Sony Vaio laptop en Microsoft word.
Probleembeschrijvingen zijn als volgt:
- document wordt niet goed geopend, wel via taskbar/Window aan te kiezen maar niet zichtbaar.
- stukken tekst blijven staan bij het openen van andere documenten.
- Word blijft hangen en sluit zichzelf daarna af.

Ze gebruiken allen winxp, met word 2000 sr-1.
Ik kan op de support site van sony zo niets vinden, en krijg ook geen antwoord op mail. Weet iemand misschien waar ik eens naar moet kijken?

Al geprobeert Office te upgraden naar SP2 ?
Staan er errors in 't eventlog ?

Description:
My Microsoft Office 2000 applications shut down after installing the Service Release Pack 1 (SR-1) patch.

Solution:

Insert your Office 2000 CD into the CD-ROM drive. If the CD-ROM starts, close the window.
Click Start and then click Run.
Type sfc and press ENTER.
The System File Checker is now launched - select Extract one file from the installation disk.
Type outllib.dll in the Specify the system file you would like to restore field.
Click Start.
Type g:\pfiles\msoffice\office in the Restore from field.
Type c:\program files\microsoft office\office in the Save file in field, press OK, and click Yes.
Repeat steps 2 -10, replacing outllib.dll by ms09.dll. The issue should now be resolved!
