Promise fasttrack boot niet met floppy

Ik heb een promise fasttrack100 (onboard) Met daarop 2 HD aangesloten

Nu kan ik niet met een opstartdisketje booten (ondersteuning voor cdrom) .Bij laden van de cdrom-drivers van de floppy bevriest mijn pc.Op de site van promise heb ik ooit eens de oplossing gevonden,maar de link werkt nu niet meer

Heeft iemand een omgebouwde boot-disk of een oplossing ?

k weet niet waarom je van Floppy wil booten

want elk os vanaf 98 van M$ boot van cd dacht ik zo

Plug de CD lezer eens op de gewone IDE kanaal. De meeste ATA100/133 controllers zijn sowieso niet bedoeld voor ATAPI apparaten

ff aangepast,nu beter ?

Hmm.. jouw linkje naar Promise werkt nu wel weer?
Print deze in het vervolg maar meteen uit of leer de truuk uit je hoofd.
Ik quote hem maar effe voor het geval hij wéér plat is

En het probleem is niet echt OM gerelateerd (site plat) en is nu opgelost, dicht dus
