So you finally got that shiny new NetMD unit you've been dreaming about, only to discover that the Sony Open MG software is perhaps not all you had hoped for...Nero to the rescue!! This amazing CD/DVD burning application allows you to get your MP3's and other audio files to your NetMD unit without Open MG!! Nero's Image Drive feature easily creates a "virtual CD" containing whatever audio files you want, which can then be copied to the NetMD unit with the rather excellent Simple Burner application which came with your unit. Using this method eliminates the check-in / check-out restrictions which hamper Open MG Jukebox. Why let bad software wreck such wonderful technology? Once again, we're looking out for you in a big way!
**Please note, that you must still have OpenMG installed for Simple Burner to be able to see your NetMD recorder. Also, SimpleBurner will only transfer files in LP2 or LP4 format to the recorder.
**Please also note that this version of Nero 5.5 must be upgraded to the latest version (5.5.9) at the Nero website (free, of course) in order to use the Image Drive feature.
