Logitech Cordless Mouse valt steeds uit

Mijn muis werkte eerst perfect. Vervolgens tegelijkertijd nieuwe batterijen/monitor/toetsenbord gekocht en nu werkt mijn muis niet meer perfect.
Wanneer ik hem +/- 3 seconden niet beweeg stopt het rode lampje aan de onderkant met branden en reageert hij niet meer totdat ik weer op een knop klik of scroll.

Op internet heb ik al meer mensen gevonden met een soortgelijk probleem, meestal was de oorzaak een storend apparaat in de buurt van de muis of muis-ontvanger.
Mijn muis-ontvanger en ontvanger staan beiden meer dan 30 cm van omliggende apparaten(lamp/toetsenbord/box/monitor). Dus dit mag het probleem niet zijn volgens Logitech.com.
Zij geven de volgende adviezen:

If the cursor is jumpy or frozen, or if range decreases, try the following:

• Make sure you have fresh batteries installed, and make sure batteries are inserted correctly according to the diagram in the battery compartment. DONE

• Re-synch the device to the receiver. To do this, press the connect button on the receiver. Then press the connect button on the bottom of the mouse, trackball, or keyboard. DONE, nu houd hij het de eerste minuut wat langer vol, daarna weer hetzelfde probleem

• Move the receiver, keyboard, and mouse or trackball away from any electrical devices such as the computer monitor, Zip drives, speakers, and so on. DONE

• Try not to use the mouse or keyboard on a metallic desk. Metal desks or frames can interfere with the radio signal. Try using the device on a thick mousepad. DONE

• Make sure the device is within a 6 foot range of the receiver.
Experiment with different locations and positions for the receiver, including moving the receiver to an upright/vertical position or rotated to a different angle. Another alternate solution is to elevate the receiver by placing it on a CD-ROM case or other item. DONE

• If the above measures fail, please try the device on another system. You must plug it into a working port that the device supports. Third party adaptors, switch boxes, and y-cables are not supported. [color=#DD0000]Ga ik zo dadelijk proberen

Ik heb de oplossing gevonden. Ik sloot mijn muis aan bij een vriend van mij die precies dezelfde muis heeft, en daar viel ie ook uit. Dus het ligt aan de muis..
