Over 2 weken zit ik in de US voor een paar maanden en nu staat er op de lijst van spullen die ze adviseren mee te nemen een "surge protector" (piekspanning beveiliging) voor je laptop. Dit zag ik ook al eens staan op de dell.com site, daar koop je standaard zo'n ding als je een laptop aanschaft. Heeft iemand ervaringen met zo'n apparaat? En waarom hoor ik dit pas nu ik naar amerika ga, en hoor je eigenlijk in europa nooit wat over die dingen?
