Most of you are familiar with Cliff's fanbus. It is a box with switches or rheostats to control your fan speed and/or switch the off and on. Apparently, the guys over at Phlux didnt want the controls in the front of the case anymore. Their solution was to build the fanbus into a rear slot on the case.
"This is the first in a series of articles on fan control devices. Today I am going to be making a slotbus. A slotbus is very similar to a baybus but it is located on a PCI blanking plate. You may want to use one of these to power cathodes mostly but you can also use them to power fans."
Er zou een guide voor bestaan, geschreven door de jongens van Phlux, maar die link werkt niet meer. Heeft er iemand al eens zoiets geprobeerd?
